CrossFit is engaging on all levels. Its always varied and covers strength, power, agility and cardiovascular fitness with a combination of Olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic training. Some believe you have to be fit to start, you dont, but to be fit you have to start.
Under the guidance of quality qualified coaches you will develop strength, power and fitness and increase your skills and perseverance. Accommodating for athletes and for the regular individual alike CrossFit Flinders UNI is a community, a place to challenge yourself and be challenged.

CrossFit Memberships provide access to coaching and the daily WOD and Open Gym sessions. All CrossFitters must complete their fundamentals sessions prior to joining these sessions. Fundamentals start regularly, so please enquire to join the next available course.
All CrossFit memberships include full Sport & Fitness membership for their duration. You can join online below, or come to reception to sign up.
