With programs held across the year, during term time, there will be something to suit your tastes. No need to join the gym for these, just the program itself. You’ll be surprised how fast getting involved in these will have you looking and feeling great. FREE to all students, and only $20 / semester everyone else! A $5 registration fee applies. No excuses not to get involved!

Boot camp: Tues & Thurs 7am

Yoga: Wed 5.15pm (Main Campus), Thurs 5.15pm (Sturt Campus), Wed 5.30pm (Vic Square)

Zumba: Tuesdays 5.30pm

Offsite sessions at Sturt and Tonsley

Flinders College V College Fun Run  : to be held Wednesday October 25th, 12pm walkers, 12.30pm runners. More information HERE

Ride2Work Day
