3 Lift Challenge

FREE July Challenge ; Lift off

FREE 3 lift challenge. Squat, Bench, Deadlift – cumulative total. Single lift entries will also be allowed.
Body weight adjustments will be done to allow for scaling.

Weekly coaching assistance and access to the strength and conditioning room offered as follows;

*Mon 8th July 10am – 11am
*Wed 10th July 4pm – 5pm
*Thurs 11th July 10am – 11am

*Mon 15th July 10am – 11am
*Wed 17th July 4pm – 5pm
*Thurs 18th July 10am – 11am

*Mon 22nd  July 12noon – 1pm
*Wed 24th  July 8am – 10am
*Thurs 25th July 12noon – 1pm

Coaching will be undertaken by:

Chris Rawling |Bach Hlth Science (Nutrition) ; Masters of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise) ; ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach ;Currently completing Masters of Exercise Physiology ; Level 1 Triathlon coach.

Chris has successfully worked with various elite athletes to develop their strength and overall conditioning to maximise their results and to avoid or return from injury.

Alex Hoskin I Bach Applied Science (Exercise sport science), Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach Level 1 Licence (Australian Weightlifting Federation) , currently studying a masters in Strength and Conditioning.

Alex is also part of the AFL and AFWL academies as Adelaide Crows Academy high performance coach.

Competition day Saturday 3rd August, 8.30am weigh in. Prizes for winning male and female.
