Exercise with a Friend FREE

World Mental Health Day will be celebrated on Thursday 10th October. At Flinders University Sport & Fitness we’re keen to recognise some great ways for you to support your mental health, at a time of year that can often prove stressful for both staff and students.

You can get your fix of group fitness classes here, free for members for just $5 per class, and right across this week (5 – 11th October) you can bring a friend for free!

Please note bring a friend is only valid during staffed hours, not 24/7 access.
