12 Week Revitalised Program

In this innovative collaborative partnership between Flinders University Sport & Fitness and the College of Nursing & Health Sciences, offers opportunities to turn around your life and get active!

A 12-week health and fitness program which includes initial & final assessments, and ‘one-on-one’ individualised training, under supervised Exercise Sports Science students for 10 weeks.

“I joined the Revitalise Program weighing 94.2 kg with little strength and only an extremely basic knowledge of workout routines and little to no-knowledge appropriate form. At the end of the program, my weight went from 94.2 – 86.5 kg’s however, I learnt weight does not even remotely tell the whole story. I could not recommend this program highly enough it gave me the foundation to succeed and pushed me beyond anything I would have ever thought possible. My mental health is at a new high I once again have regained that positive outlook on life, I had been yearning for.”

Health Measures
On average participants lost 1.6% body fat
On average participants improved their blood pressure by 3%

Fitness Measures
Participants on average improved their aerobic capacity by 8.4%
Increased upper body strength by 6.7% whilst improving their push-ups by more than 82%!
Increased core endurance by 116%

Cost and eligibility:
Students $28.90 per week x 12 weeks (plus 5.50 admin fee). OR $349 upfront.
Staff and others $31.80 per week x 12 weeks (plus 5.50 admin fee) OR $382 upfront.
