Flinders University Sport and Fitness Closure

In line with the announcement from the Prime Minister, Flinders University Sport and Fitness will close as of 12noon today, Monday 23th March.

This closure applies to the Fitness Centre (inc. Squash Courts), Alan Mitchell Building, Sturt Gym and the Sports Pavilion.

All memberships will be automatically suspended until further notice.

A bright, sun filled group fitness room for our classes or a fully equipped cardio room, ride with the peleton spin room, or hit the well equipped free weight and pin-loaded general gym. With a separate ladies only gym too, the centre is a pleasant and welcome surprise to all who come across it.

To maintain health and fitness and keep it accessible and interesting wellness programs are offered, at very low cost, including the very popular Zumba, Yoga and Boot Camp.

Our cafe boasts some of the best coffee on campus, and a wide range of healthy snacks, smoothies and nibbles to fuel your day.
