What better way to begin your Thursdays!
 
THE ROUTE:
 
Starting at the Flinders Plaza Station, you cross the train bridge path to the end, return, then head around the bottom oval, up to the top oval, in front of the pavilion, down to the cricket nets then back down to the path and back to the start.
Complete 1 lap if you’re completing 2.5km or 2 laps if you’re completing 5km.
We’ll time it all for you, so you can work towards improving your times, and beating you own PB!
 
WHEELCHAIR ROUTE:
Meet next to the kiosk, then head west across the train bridge to the end (not turning the corner to the bottom bollard as the others will) then back to Flinders Plaza. That loop is 1.5km, people can choose to complete 1, 2 or 3 of those (3 laps, then a short loop to the South Rd part of the path again and back to finish at the same start/finish line, to complete 5km.)
 
Parking is free before 9am, so no need to pay for parking spaces either! Carpark 12 is the closest park – located between the ovals, right near Flinders private hospital.

The pavilion will be open for toilet and shower facilities. There are also wheelchair accessible toilets available at the train station, however the showers aren’t available onsite there. Head up to the Flinders Gym for those – which people are more than welcome to use if needed.
