This program allows you to feel supported, confident and receive education in how to get the most out of your time in the gym.
Run by our highly qualified and friendly staff, Jacqui and Alex, and supported by the next generation of exercise professionals, students from the Flinders Exercise and Sports Science program. This program is available free to all members, to ensure you can reach your goals, and feel supported and confident in using the gym here on campus.
Each 30 minute session can be booked at reception, and allows you to focus on your choice of muscle growth or weight loss goals, offering either male or female options for these.
Women’s only sessions are available to those who would prefer also.
