We run a full range of Les Mills and Freestyle classes, including Yoga, Spin Classes (freestyle RPM), Pilates, Boxing, Yin Yoga, Fit Forever and Fit HIIT classes.
You can expect to burn anything from around 350cal – 700cal per class. Collect a copy of our monthly group fitness timetable from reception, or on our website. Something for everyone to develop your strength, cardio, core, flexibility and more. Definitely something to complement your existing routine, or get you started in an encouraging group setting!
YOGA Concentrates on strengthening and toning deep muscles to improve posture, alignment and flexibility. Beginners welcome.
