A 12 week ‘fee paid’ program intended for the inactive individual looking to make the move to a healthier life.
Initial & final assessment and 2 one on one sessions weekly, with a supervised student trainer.

NEW FREE RUNNING GROUP
Come along on Wednesdays, meeting at the pavilion (top oval) from 6am – 7.15am
For anyone wishing to run 5km, 10km or 21km – complete beginners are welcome!
The amazing Chris Rawling will be running these free sessions… As a former professional athlete he represented Australia in the sport of Olympic distance triathlon. Chris has also worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years and during that time I have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of population groups to help them reach the health and physical fitness goals.
