With programs held across the year, during term time, there will be something to suit your tastes. No need to join the gym for these, just the program itself. You’ll be surprised how fast getting involved in these will have you looking and feeling great. FREE to all students, and only $20 / semester everyone else! A $5 registration fee applies for all. Yoga : 5.15pm in Oasis Wednesday nights
Bootcamp : 7am-8am Tuesday and Thursday: in sports hall floor
Zumba : 5.15pm-6pm Wednesday nights: In group fitness room
Self Defence : 12.30-1.30pm Tuesday : (4wk – March 6th-27th)
Semester 1: 5/3 – 6/4 and 23/4 -15/6
Semester 2: 23/7 – 14/9 and 1/10 – 2/11
