ACTIVATION OF HUB AND ANCHOR COURT
Monday Tuesday & Wednesday during semester. 10am – 2pm
Enjoy badminton, soccer, totem tennis, bocce, finska & quoits.

No bookings, no commitments, just stop by and enjoy being active in your break time!

BOOT CAMP
Tues & Thurs during semester : 7am – 8am
Meet at Alan Mitchell Sports Centre building, then discover!

If you’re looking to revamp your workouts, or find your exercise mojo then this is the place for you!

REVITALISED PROGRAM
A 10 week ‘fee paid’ program intended for the inactive individual looking to make the move to a healthier life.
Initial & final assessment and 2 one on one sessions weekly, with a supervised student trainer.
Includes 3 month FUSF membership.

WOMENS HEALTH DAY
September in the HUB : 10am – 2pm
Giveaways, competitions, activities, information all focussed on helping our Flinders women to become the healthiest they can be!

MENS HEALTH DAY

August/September , 11:30am  – 1:30pm
You, your friends, walk or run to improve over 6 weeks

FLINDERS COLLEGE FUN RUN
October from 12pm – 1pm

Join your friends and colleagues, in representing your college in this fun “competitive” event!
Walk or run, it doesn’t matter – just earn points for your college to see who will take bragging rights for the day!
