Remedial massage – Assessment of problem areas and remedial massage to alleviate pain using a range of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage. Recommended for lower back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, chronic pain and soft tissue injury.
