There are a wide range of fitness activities available to you at Flinders University Sport and Fitness. We offer a range of areas to work out, with a weights room, cardio area and a ladies only gym too. The group fitness room hosts most of our classes, and the RPM / Spin room will see you riding with the pros!

With regular challenges and competitions run for members, we have a real sense of community which develops – really inspiring you to get the most from your time here, and ensuring that your fitness is never boring or stale!
